Goulash
Serves 8-10 people
you can freeze half for later meals, Serve with a mixed green salad.

1lb. Black Beans or 1lb. of your favorite veggie protein
2 jar 365 Marinara sauce
1 yellow onion
1 clove Garlic
1 box Spelt noodles
2 T. Olive Oil
Boil 1 quart of water. Add noodles to boiling water and stir. Cook noodles over medium heat for 7 minutes. Drain and rinse noodles. Set aside. Gently heat oil in skillet. Chop onion and mince garlic. Saute in oil for 3 minutes. Add the beans and continue cooking. Transfer noodles and beans to a large pan and add the sauce, stirring everything together.
White Bean Soup
Serves 8

1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
2 tablespoon coconut oil, divided
1-2 T. Olive Oil (add after soup is cooked)
1/2 lb dry great Northern beans, washed
3 quart water (or vegetable broth)
2 bay leaves, large
1 teaspoon dried, basil
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper, ground
2 tablespoon parsley, fresh chopped
2 green onion, chopped
Saute onion and garlic in 2 tablespoons of coconut oil until soft, stirring often for about one minute. Add all of the ingredients to the crock pot and cook on low all day. Stir in Olive Oil before serving. Adjust spices and serve.
